America’s Best Eats

Epicurious challenged Jane and Michael Stern (otherwise known as the king and queen of road food) to choose their ten favorite American eateries in a range of categories, from Barbecue to Pie. Despite sampling hundreds of restaurants across the country, each month the Sterns are able to come up with a definitive list of places that best represent what they call “edible Americana.”
